Bookings & Coaching Agreement – Tamara Carter Session Format & Scheduling Coaching sessions may take place in person, via phone, or video call (Zoom/WhatsApp), depending on mutual availability and location. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Both client and coach are expected to arrive on time, as a gesture of mutual respect and commitment. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to honor both our time and energy. If more than three sessions are missed or cancelled without adequate notice, the coaching agreement may be reviewed or ended at Tamara’s discretion. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within a mutually agreed time frame. Coaching Commitment.As your coach, I am fully committed to being present, prepared, and supportive throughout your journey. As a client, you are expected to: Arrive open, honest, and willing to engage. Complete any agreed-upon reflections or practices between sessions. Take full responsibility for your personal growth, supported by coaching guidance. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. No details will be shared with third parties without your explicit, written consent, except where required by law (e.g., imminent harm or abuse). All Sacred Intimacy Secrets coaches, practitioners, and affiliates uphold professional ethical standards and are bound by confidentiality agreements. Scope of Practice The services provided are intended for emotionally stable individuals or couples seeking support in intimacy, personal development, or relationship enhancement. Coaching is not a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention. If challenges arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, referrals will be provided with your consent. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property.All exercises, tools, and materials shared during the coaching process remain the intellectual property of Tamara Carter or her designated collaborators. Clients may not distribute, reproduce, or reuse these materials without written permission. Termination of Agreement.Either party may terminate the coaching agreement by providing at least five working days' notice before the next scheduled session. A closing discussion is encouraged to support respectful closure and integration of the work completed.
