Please read these terms carefully before booking: Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with details. Refunds and Cancellations: • All bookings are non-refundable, including events, ceremonies, and accommodation. • In the event of postponement or cancellation by us, credit will be held for future bookings. • Transfers to another participant may be considered with prior written approval. Payment: We accept payments via EFT, credit/debit card, or instant EFT (for South African clients). Payment details will be provided upon booking. Use of Space and Services: The Sanctuary is a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Please honor our space and others’ privacy. Venue hires and retreat spaces must be used in accordance with agreed terms, including capacity limits and timings. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Health and Safety: Please disclose any health conditions or special needs when booking so we can accommodate you safely. Participation in ceremonies, workshops, and coaching is voluntary. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have concerns. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during coaching or therapy sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Liability: The Sanctuary of the Heart, its staff, and facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during your use of the space or participation in services. Photography and Media: By booking, you consent to photos or videos taken during public workshops or events being used for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out. By booking or participating in any event, session, or retreat involving expanded states of consciousness (including but not limited to MDMA-Assisted Therapy, Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and breathwork), you acknowledge that: This work is non-clinical, non-medical, and offered through a coaching, ceremonial, or integrative therapeutic framework. *We do not provide, supply, or sell any controlled substances. Participation may involve experiences where the individual brings their own medicine, in a personal capacity, and does so at their own discretion and risk.
